This sale is advertised and sold as a cash in hand sale. If you are the successful bidder funds must be brought to the Sheriff’s Office by 3PM on the date of the sale.

The Sheriff's Office requests that if anyone at this sale has been contacted before, during or after the sale by anyone asking you not to place a bid, discourage you from placing a bid, alter your bid amount, or ask that you not complete any portion of this sale, please report such activity to the Sheriff's Office.

If you are bidding at this sale, you will be asked who you are bidding for. State the person or business you are bidding for. Should you be the successful bidder, that is the name that will appear on the receipt and subsequent documents.

Cancelled sales will not be called. If you have a question on a case that is not called, you may contact the Deputy at the conclusion of the sale.

Cash is defined as: Cash or Certified Funds payable to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
